PROCUREMENT SOURCE MANAGEMENT

Supplier Sourcing - Source suppliers and manufacturers to clients' specifications and requirements. A comprehensive supplier database has been established to cover all primary equipment and material for power, chemical and oil development projects. A minimum of three manufacturers in specific locations is recommended for each equipment or material to the client with comprehensive report, including necessary information for client reference and further consideration.

Supplier Survey & Qualification - With the comprehensive Supplier Qualification Program of Moody International, a supplier will be visited at client request for further verification of design & production capability, quality management program, material supply, project/customer reference, work load, financial situation, etc. The survey will be concluded with recommendations to the client of any considerations and actions to be taken in contracting and fabrication process control.

Bidding Package Review and Evaluation - On behalf of the client, Moody expertise will review and evaluate the bidding document package and conclude with third party recommendations to the client.

Source Inspection - The company has established comprehensive management system to control inspection processes, including inspection procedures, guidelines and checklist, which make sure that all inspection activities are performed in professional manners to clients' satisfaction. The inspectors assigned for assignments are qualified and experienced in various disciplines of industry, that assure the technical comprehension in performance and reporting of each assignment. A Product Release Note will be issued after the products are verified and confirmed in compliance with the P.O. requirements.

Expediting - With our well-established Expediting Assignment Control Procedure and experience with the local manufacturers in various sectors of industry, our expediters have been successful in Expediting/Production Status survey assignments since 1993.

Production expediting includes production progress checks, cause of delay investigation, corrective action request and suggestion, detailed schedule reports, etc.
